Mostafa Tolba

Mustafa Tolba is an international lecturer and trainer, certified by the National Training Center (NTC), with more than 15 years of experience in training and hospitality across Egypt and abroad (Russia, Armenia, Georgia, and England). He has trained over 30,000 professionals in food and beverage service and hospitality, shaping the skills of workers and leaders in the industry.

He has worked as a training and development consultant and manager for major companies and international brands, and has played a key role in creating and supporting the growth of several F&B brands in Egypt and beyond. Recognized for his impact, Mustafa has been honored twice at the annual conference for the preparation of Arab leaders and trainers for his contributions to training and human development.
