Nehal Tawfik is a multifaceted HR, coaching, and training consultant with over 20 years of experience, built on a strong foundation in banking and finance. She has served as an HR Director and consultant for leading brands in the fast food and casual dining sectors, where she led initiatives in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement—driving measurable impact across teams and operations.

A Certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) and a dynamic coach, Nehal has conducted over 2,500 hours of coaching and training sessions, empowering hundreds of professionals across banking, finance, and F&B. Her sessions focus on operational excellence, customer service, and leadership development. Currently pursuing an MBA in Global Management and Global Marketing at ESLSCA University, she continues to expand her expertise and adapt global best practices to local markets.
